Protein chemistry/bioactive peptides, new product development – High-value egg components and products. Graduate opportunities are available in areas of protein chemistry/bioactive peptides and products development for enhancing egg utilization. Interested candidates with a BSc or MSc degree in food science, protein chemistry, proteomics, enzymology, poultry science, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, human nutrition, material science are asked to apply by sending their curriculum vitae, copies of transcripts and names of two references.
